Currently Reading "What Is the What" By Dave Eggers
help. please help.
ok. so i acquired a new laptop. i'm typing on it currently. it arrived in the mail the day prior to our leaving for this leg of the tour. i really should be thrilled about this, but here's the problem - it has been painted bright, fluorescent orange. now, yes, this was something i in fact asked for; although, i can't for the life of me envisage or recollect what i could have been thinking at the time. it is so flipping bright! it is painful to look in its general direction. i say this with no levity. in fact, jack who is sitting across from me just said, "good lord, can you please, please, turn that thing down? i'm squinting. squinting i say! please, for the love!!" and he has a point. my eyes keep drifting from the screen to the bright orange edges framing it. so i am here to beseech thee for help. please. please, help me. i have determined resolutely that what i need are some stickers. send me stickers to cover and mute this vociferous glowing currently projecting from my lap. if you don't feel the urgency of my plea, here: i'm currently in florida. if you reside in say, tennessee, or ohio, or arkansas, simply gaze out your window in a general southeast direction and behold a new luminescence on the horizon - that is me! please, help.
